Pilates and Group Fitness

Throughout her professional dance career, Pilates has been crucial to maintaining a healthy body and spine.

Injury prevention training for dancers and athletes is a passion for Kristin. She understands the demands that are placed upon the body. She was drawn to the Sugarfoot Therapy program in Los Angeles. This program was created by physical therapists with dancers in mind. She is now a certified SFT instructor and loves passing along their injury prevention techniques. She has taught Pilates and cross-conditioning to young dancers around the country.

She believes movement is crucial for everyone and enjoys teaching group fitness to all levels. She has taught private sessions and group classes at studios and homes in West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Myrtle Beach, and Orlando.
